i-Educate 2026 - FAQs

We’ve compiled a list of commonly asked questions to assist you with your enquiry. Please take a moment to review the information below, as it may address your concerns.

Event Information
Can I purchase a one-day ticket instead of attending both days?

i-Educate 2026 is delivered as a two-day conference

experience. At this stage, tickets are only available as two-day registrations.

Can I attend only one day even though it’s a two-day ticket?

Yes, but ticket price remains the same. If you are unable to attend both days you may choose to share your registration. Please note no further dietaries, sessions registrations or name tags are provided.

What time does the conference start and finish each day?

Daily schedules and arrival times will be published with the full program release.

Can I change the sessions I selected after I’ve registered?

Yes. You can log back into your registration at any time using the email address and password you used when registering. From there, you’ll be able to update your session selections while availability remains.

I’m a teacher and need to see the program before seeking approval. When will sessions be released?

The i-Educate 2026 program is expected to go live in April 2026.

Will sessions be recorded and made available to watch online?

No unfortunately sessions are not filmed

What should I bring with me to the conference?

Closer to the event, you’ll receive a delegate information pack outlining arrival details, check-in procedures, what to bring, and how to access the program.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking information, transport options and venue access details can be found on the location tab of the website

Registration
I don't have a corporate credit card, Can someone else complete my registration on my behalf?

Yes. A colleague or administrator can register on your behalf. For bookings that have multiple registrations please see group

booking process.

I didn’t receive my registration confirmation. What should I do?

Once your registration is completed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address used during registration.

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact the ITB Events Team at ITBevents@qed.qld.gov.au and we can resend your confirmation.

We’ve had a staff change. Can we update the person attending?

Yes. Registrations can be transferred to another staff member, you can do this by logging back into the registration and editing the details of the attendee.

Can I edit my registration details after submitting?

Yes. You can log back into your registration using your confirmation email link or by entering the email and password you created during registration. From there, you can update your personal details, organisation information and session selections.

Can I update my dietary or accessibility requirements?

Yes. You can update your dietary and accessibility requirements at any time by logging back into your registration. If you have specific needs, you’re also welcome to contact the ITB Events Team.

Can one person register multiple staff members at once?

Yes. Group registrations are supported. The person completing the booking will be able to register and pay for multiple attendees in one transaction.

I can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund?

If you’re unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another staff member at no cost.

All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted inwriting to ITBevents@qed.qld.gov.au.

For refund requests, please include:

  • The date the ticket was purchased
  • The name of the cardholder used for payment

Please note:

Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the conference are not eligible for a refund, as catering and supplier arrangements will have already been finalised.

Will I receive a tax invoice or receipt??

Yes. A tax invoice/receipt will be included in your confirmation email after payment is processed. You can also download a copy by logging back into your registration.

Presenter Information
When do the presenter EOIs open?

The point of using dummy text for your paragraph is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters. making it look like readable English.

How do I submit my interest in presenting at i-Educate 2026?

The presenter Expression of Interest (EOI) and abstract submission process will open from February to March 2026.
