i-Educate 2026 is delivered as a two-day conference
experience. At this stage, tickets are only available as two-day registrations.
Yes, but ticket price remains the same. If you are unable to attend both days you may choose to share your registration. Please note no further dietaries, sessions registrations or name tags are provided.
Daily schedules and arrival times will be published with the full program release.
Yes. You can log back into your registration at any time using the email address and password you used when registering. From there, you’ll be able to update your session selections while availability remains.
The i-Educate 2026 program is expected to go live in April 2026.
You can register for our Expression of Interest mailing list to receive updates as sessions, keynote speakers and important dates are announced.

No unfortunately sessions are not filmed
Closer to the event, you’ll receive a delegate information pack outlining arrival details, check-in procedures, what to bring, and how to access the program.

Yes. A colleague or administrator can register on your behalf. For bookings that have multiple registrations please see group
booking process.
Once your registration is completed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address used during registration.
Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact the ITB Events Team at ITBevents@qed.qld.gov.au and we can resend your confirmation.
Yes. Registrations can be transferred to another staff member, you can do this by logging back into the registration and editing the details of the attendee.
Yes. You can log back into your registration using your confirmation email link or by entering the email and password you created during registration. From there, you can update your personal details, organisation information and session selections.
Yes. You can update your dietary and accessibility requirements at any time by logging back into your registration. If you have specific needs, you’re also welcome to contact the ITB Events Team.
Yes. Group registrations are supported. The person completing the booking will be able to register and pay for multiple attendees in one transaction.
If you’re unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another staff member at no cost.
All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted inwriting to ITBevents@qed.qld.gov.au.

Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the conference are not eligible for a refund, as catering and supplier arrangements will have already been finalised.
Yes. A tax invoice/receipt will be included in your confirmation email after payment is processed. You can also download a copy by logging back into your registration.
The point of using dummy text for your paragraph is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters. making it look like readable English.
The presenter Expression of Interest (EOI) and abstract submission process will open from February to March 2026.
